From 1985 to 1992 John was President of Search Consultants Inc., a New York based consultancy of human resource communication engagements including policy and procedure manuals, employee orientation programs and performance appraisal processes and communications for the insurance / financial service sector of New York. Since 2000, living in Dallas Texas, he founded Consultive Source. His website, www.ConsultiveSource.com was created to add tactical and strategic value to the HR communications toolkit of thousands of internal communicators. Designed by his son Patrick, website readership in the first six months exceeded three thousand monthly.
