John T Mooney   John Mooney SPHR brings his passion sparked during two decades of employee communications and employee relations experience to his practice Consultive Source.   In the traditional forms of employee communication John has hands-on experience as a Human Resource Manager for two hundred fifty employees at seven locations and as a Corporate Human Resource Director of twenty five thousand employees across one hundred fifty locations. His strategic HR responsibilities managed and directed the planning, creation

  His human resource career is a blend of corporate / entrepreneurial resolve.
  From 1985 to 1992 John was President of Search Consultants Inc., a New York based consultancy of human resource communication engagements including policy and procedure manuals, employee orientation programs and performance appraisal processes and communications for the insurance / financial service sector of New York.

  Since 2000, living in Dallas Texas, he founded Consultive Source. His website, www.ConsultiveSource.com was created to add tactical and strategic value to the HR communications toolkit of thousands of internal communicators. Designed by his son Patrick, website readership in the first six months exceeded three thousand monthly.

  In 2003 John created and authored the E-Newsletter HR Insight, Library of Congress ISSN 1545-5777, enabling clients to see the big picture of their employee communications and design a dialog of written messages translating values,
